We act as an independent, technical partner for customers looking to procure defined services and develop specific capabilities. We help them diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance. Whether operating on the ocean floor, or in orbit around Mars, we get under the skin of a problem to enable our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performance.About the roleWhat will a typical day look like?As a Communications/Electronics Engineer you will be responsible for:Working within the C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) domainEngaging with stakeholder and managing expectationsParticipating in a broad range of systems engineering processesParticipating in design development and review for C4I software systemsParticipating in verification and validation activitiesTo be successful for the role of Communications/Electronics Engineer you will require:Tertiary Qualifications in Communications, Electronics or Electrical EngineeringDefence Systems Engineering experience (aligned with INCOSE, SESA or similar guidelines)Understanding and experience working with the TRAMM-LExperienced working on Capability Acquisition Sustainment Group (CASG) Projects preferredEligibility to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance is required.Applications close on the Friday 26th April 2019.What we offerWithout the collective smarts of our people, we would not be able to achieve what we do. About the role

What will a typical day look like?

As a Communications/Electronics Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Working within the C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) domain
  • Engaging with stakeholder and managing expectations
  • Participating in a broad range of systems engineering processes
  • Participating in design development and review for C4I software systems
  • Participating in verification and validation activities

To be successful for the role of Communications/Electronics Engineer you will require:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Communications, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Defence Systems Engineering experience (aligned with INCOSE, SESA or similar guidelines)
  • Understanding and experience working with the TRAMM-L
  • Experienced working on Capability Acquisition Sustainment Group (CASG) Projects preferred

Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance is required.
