Even though we are part of a global company, our offices have a very local feel; we employ more than 380 employees in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, Western Sydney and Melbourne.About This Opportunity  An opportunity exists for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our  Canberra team.In our MSP Division, we are part of a consortium of independent, technical partners, who share the Defence’s commitment to growing the capability of delivering large integrated work packages across the CASG domains and CoE functions.  As part of this consortium, we provide ‘Strategic Partner’, ‘Capability Partner’ and ‘Integrated Work Partner’ services.  We help diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance. Whether operating on the ocean floor, or in orbit, we get under the skin of a problem to enable our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performanceAs the Integrated Logistics Support Manager and part of our advisory services team you will collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to develop plans to support the acquisition and introduction into service for new Defence projects.As an ILS Manager you will require:ILS Management experience in projects relating to acquisition and introduction into service, preferably within the Defence Land domain Experience working within recognised integrated logistics support engineering frameworks  Project Management and Contract Management experienceExperience in logistics reporting and data analysisExperience in developing digital integration plans To be successful for the role of Integrated Logistics Support Manager at QinetiQ we are looking for:Exceptional logistics management skillsThe ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customer organisationPrior experience working in the Defence or related industriesFlexible work options will be considered for the successful candidate. This position requires the successful candidate to obtain an Australian Government Security clearance requiring Australian Citizenship.What we offerWithout the collective smarts of our people, we would not be able to achieve what we do. As the Integrated Logistics Support Manager and part of our advisory services team you will collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to develop plans to support the acquisition and introduction into service for new Defence projects.

As an ILS Manager you will require:

  • ILS Management experience in projects relating to acquisition and introduction into service, preferably within the Defence Land domain 
  • Experience working within recognised integrated logistics support engineering frameworks  
  • Project Management and Contract Management experience
  • Experience in logistics reporting and data analysis
  • Experience in developing digital integration plans 

To be successful for the role of Integrated Logistics Support Manager at QinetiQ we are looking for:
