We act as an independent, technical partner for customers looking to procure defined services and develop specific capabilities. We help them diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance, enabling our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performance. In this role as ILS Specialist you will provide expertise in support systems engineering to develop the support system training requirements for a large complex Defence acquisition program.As ILS Specialist - Training you will be responsible for:Eliciting, developing and managing support system requirements and deriving performance measures.Identifying and defining support system interfaces.Documenting requirements to contribute to the production of the support system.Conducting workshops with stakeholders to elicit additional inputs and amendments.Engaging with stakeholders to achieve endorsement of the requirements set.Mentoring and developing less experienced team members. To be successful in this role you will need to bring with you:Extensive experience within a support systems engineering role.Proven ability to elicit, develop and manage support system requirements.Experience in identifying and defining support system interfaces.Involvement within a large complex acquisition program.Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relations to influence and lead decision makers.Demonstrated ability to set priorities, multi task and work under pressure.You will be required to hold an NV1 security clearance which will require Australian citizenship. Due to the dynamic environment we work within, we can’t always wait until our adverts close before reviewing applications and moving to interview.
