An opportunity exists for a Learning & Development Consultant within our People and Capability Division, reporting into our Melbourne office.

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Early Careers Framework incorporating all programs and activities associated with the early careers cohort including interns, graduates and apprentices, to fulfill the current and future needs of the business.

As a Learning & Development Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of the Early Careers Framework including the development and delivery of the Internship Program and Graduate Development Program
  • Development of branding and advertising strategies for all early careers programs

  • Management and delivery of the Early Careers activity and event calendar

To be successful for the role of Learning & Development Consultant you will require:
