QinetiQ employs more than 6000 people in 51 locations around the world, offering our customers premier expertise in advice, services and creative technology-based products.An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join our Advisory Services division in the role of Senior Consultant, reporting into our Adelaide office.You will provide Project Management expertise to the customer to develop, maintain and execute their strategies and plans. You will manage and coordinate stakeholder working groups, planning activities and workshops to ensure the objectives of the program are achieved.As Project Manager you will be responsible for:Managing, coordinating and driving stakeholder working groups, workshops and planning meetings.Managing records, artefacts and registers of all documentation and data.Preparing reports, briefings and presentations to program steering group.Producing detailed work packages for current and future stages of the program.To be successful for the role of Project Manager you will require:Experience managing a project with co-development activities in an international collaboration.Extensive project management experience within a Defence environment.Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relations to influence and lead decision makers.Demonstrated ability to set priorities, multi task and work under pressure.Knowledge of ITAR and experience with export/import controls.Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance is required.Interviews for this position will be taking place from Wednesday 10 April 2019.What we offerWithout the collective smarts of our people, we would not be able to achieve what we do.
