In Australia we employ more than 400 across the ACT, QLD, NSW, SA and VIC. About the Role An opportunity exists for a Risk Management Coordinator within our MSP business, based in CanberraIn our MSP Division, we are part of a consortium of independent, technical partners, who share the Government’s commitment to growing Defence industry capability so it is able to deliver large integrated work packages across Defence domains and functions.  As part of this consortium, we provide ‘Strategic Partner’, ‘Capability Partner’ and ‘Integrated Work Partner’ services for the next 11 years.  We help diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance. Whether operating on the ocean floor, or in orbit, we get under the skin of a problem to enable our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performanceAs Risk Management Coordinator you will be responsible for:Provide oversight and management of risk management processes across the Program Office,Monthly reporting to Executive team on the status of risks and controls, including ad hoc reporting requests,Facilitate monthly Board meetings for management of Project and Program risk,Facilitate risk identification, analysis and review workshops with Risk Owners,Provide training and ongoing guidance for the management of risk across the Program Office, at a Project and Program level,Identification of opportunities to improve the performance of risk management activitiesMaintain a sound understanding of Risk Management standards, practices and principles, consistent with Government and Defence policy.To be successful for the role of Risk Management Coordinator you will require:Substantial experience in Risk practices and principles within a complex operating environmentRelevant tertiary qualification.Collaborative style and able to use influence and persuasion across a range of people.NV1 Security ClearancePrevious experience with Predict!   • Maintain a sound understanding of Risk Management standards, practices and principles, consistent with Government and Defence policy.

To be successful for the role of Risk Management Coordinator you will require:

  • Substantial experience in Risk practices and principles within a complex operating environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Collaborative style and able to use influence and persuasion across a range of people.
  • NV1 Security Clearance
  • Previous experience with Predict! Risk Controller Tool preferred
