The role is to administer and support SharePoint 2010 On-Prem application and infrastructure and is based in Melbourne.Key duties of the SharePoint Analyst include:Provide general SharePoint Support, Morning Checks and ReportsFollow ITIL process for Incident and Request managementConfigure SharePoint Search Results for ALL Business UnitsApply BCS and Configure Search Refiners, to get accurate resultsSupport the development of SharePoint workflows and reporting toolsProvide end-user support and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments.Engauge with the Business, understand user personaDevelop mock-up design and build Solutions using SharePoint 2016 platform.Prepare SharePoint “How To” DocumentPrepare Technical ICT documentsPrepare SharePoint 30 seconds Video filesKey Technical SkillsxHTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular, C#, .Net, PowerShellSharePoint APP and Custom Web Parts, Build Search QuerySharePoint OOTB Workflow, Nintex Forms & Workflow will be good to have.To be successful in the role, you will need to possess the following:At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience with MS SharePoint 2013 & 2016 including server side and client-side development APIsMust be well organized, an excellent communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.Demonstrate Problem solving skills and use SharePoint as a technology to provide solution, which is re-usable and use less paper.Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the software development life cycleMust be able to write thorough and concise training guides as well as easily readable end user documentationStrong interpersonal skills Have a commitment to safetyEligibility to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance is required.As part of your online submission please attach your cover letter and CV.   • SharePoint OOTB Workflow, Nintex Forms & Workflow will be good to have.

To be successful in the role, you will need to possess the following:
