We act as an independent, technical partner for customers looking to procure defined services and develop specific capabilities. We help them diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance, enabling our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performance.As Software Project Lead you will be responsible for:Working with and managing customer and stakeholder expectationsProviding technical solutions to complex problemsLeading the team to develop and deliver the technical solutionPerform in the role of Scrum MasterMeeting facilitationReporting  Tool maintenanceCoaching and supporting teamTo be successful for the role of Software Project Lead you will require:Degree level qualifications in software engineering or computer scienceProven capability as an AGILE Scrum MasterDemonstrated experience as a software technical leadTechnical experience in C++, C# and .NetExperience solving complex technical problemsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholdersProfessional written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative and consultative mind-set and approachCandidates will be required to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance which will require Australian citizenship.Due to the dynamic environment we work within, we can’t always wait until our adverts close before reviewing applications and moving to interview. About the Role

As Software Project Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Working with and managing customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Providing technical solutions to complex problems
  • Leading the team to develop and deliver the technical solution
  • Perform in the role of Scrum Master
    • Meeting facilitation
    • Reporting  
    • Tool maintenance
    • Coaching and supporting team

To be successful for the role of Software Project Lead you will require:

  • Degree level qualifications in software engineering or computer science
  • Proven capability as an AGILE Scrum Master
  • Demonstrated experience as a software technical lead
  • Technical experience in C++, C# and .Net
  • Experience solving complex technical problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative and consultative mind-set and approach

Candidates will be required to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance which will require Australian citizenship.
